Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC is the top model in the Maybach GLS lineup and the price of Maybach GLS top model is 2.43 Crore.It returns a certified mileage of 8.5 kmpl. This 600 4MATIC variant comes with an engine putting out 550 bhp @ 6000 rpm and 730 Nm @ 2500 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC is available in Automatic (Torque Converter) transmission and offered in 8 colours: Brilliant Blue Metallic, Obsidian Black Metallic, Cavansite Blue Metallic, Selenite Silver Metallic, Emerald Green Metallic, Mojave Silver Metallic, Iridium Silver Metallic and Polar White (Non Metallic).
Mercedes Benz India has launched the very first SUV in the Maybach range, known as the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic. It is the second Maybach model to be launched in the country after the Maybach S-Class.
Dimension wise, the new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic measures 5,205mm in length, 2,030mm in width, and 1,838mm in height, while the wheelbase stands at 3,135mm. Exterior highlights of the model include 22-inch alloy wheels, a chrome grille with vertical slats and the Maybach logo, LED headlamps, LED tail lights, a chrome-finished B-pillar, and the Maybach logo on the D-pillar.
Inside, the 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic comes equipped with Black Nappa leather upholstery, rear seats with climate control, massage, memory, and reclining function, MBUX connectivity, MBUX rear tablet, wireless charging, folding tables, ambient lighting, refrigerator, and wood trims across the interior.
The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic receives safety features such as eight airbags, TPMS, Mercedes Pre-Safe, parking package with a 360-degree camera, Electronic Traction System 4ETS, Downhill Speed Regulation (DSR), car wash mode, attention assist, retractable running boards, an emergency call system, active distance assist, active lane-keeping assist, active blind spot assist, active brake assist, and active steering assist. A few other notable features include E-Active body control and air suspension with Adaptive Damping System Plus (ADS+).
Under the hood, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic is propelled by a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine that produces 550bhp between 6,000-6,500rpm and 730Nm of torque between 2,500-4,500rpm. Also on offer is an electric motor, which produces an additional output of 21bhp and 250Nm of torque. Transmission duties are taken care of by a nine-speed automatic gearbox. The model can sprint from 0-100kmph in 4.9 seconds, all the way up to an electronically limited top speed of 250kmph.
