Maserati Quattroporte Standard is the petrol variant in the Quattroporte lineup and is priced at 1.64 Crore.It returns a certified mileage of 9 kmpl. This Standard variant comes with an engine putting out 350 bhp @ 5500 rpm and 500 Nm @ 1750 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. Maserati Quattroporte Standard is available in Automatic (Torque Converter) transmission and offered in 9 colours: Blu Passione, Nero, Blu Nobile, Nero Ribelle, Grigio Maratea, Rosso Folgore, Grigio, Bianco Alpi and Bianco.
The updated Maserati Quattroporte was launched in India in the first quarter of 2019. It is a four-door sports sedan available in two trim levels - GranLusso and GranSport. The first Quattroporte went into a series production in 1963 and it is now in the sixth generation.
The exterior of the Quattroporte remains similar to the previous model. However, there is a remade signature grille with vertical bars; all finished in chrome. It also gets reworked bumpers as well as new adaptive LED headlamps. Besides, the brand now offers two new paint choices over the existing ten paint options - Rosso Potente and Blu Nobile. It now also comes with new sets of 20 and 21-inch alloy wheels.
Maserati has given a new gearstick in the lavish interior. The cabin now comes with full leather trim, and it also gets Zegna designed mulberry silk inserts on the seats, door panels and headlining. Maserati has also updated the user interface of the 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen system. The interior also comes with two trim options - high-gloss carbon fibre will and high-gloss veneer.
The sports sedan is equipped with plenty of features such as four-zone temperature control, a 900-watt 10-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, forward collision warning plus, lane-keeping assist, highway assist system, active blind spot assist, traffic sign recognition and a surround-view camera.
Maserati offers three engine choices with the Quattroporte. There is a 2,987cc turbocharged V6 diesel engine and two petrol engines (offered in Quattroporte and Quattroporte S versions) with different power outputs - 2,979cc V6 petrol. They are all mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
