Isuzu Motors India has launched the BS6-compliant D-Max range of passenger vehicles in the country. The D-Max Range comprises of the D-Max Hi-Lander, D-Max V-Cross Z 2WD AT, D-Max V-Cross Z 4WD MT, and D-Max V-Cross Z Prestige 4WD AT.

Powering the updated Isuzu D-Max range of vehicles is a BS6-compliant 1.9-litre diesel engine that is capable of producing a maximum power output of 161bhp and 360Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual unit and a six-speed automatic unit. The model is available in eight colours including Nautilus Blue, Spinel Red, Galena Grey, Silky Pearl White, Solid White, Cosmic Black, Sapphire Blue, and Titanium Silver.

Feature highlights of the BS6 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross include bi-LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs, LED tail lights, roof rails, side steps, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The D-Max Hi-Lander variant receives a grey grille and bumper, 16-inch steel wheels with wheel covers, a chrome tailgate handle, and grey ORVMs.

Inside, the BS6 Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander is equipped with a black and grey interior theme, blacked-out B-pillar, ABS with EBD, dual airbags, rear parking sensors, speed alert system, and a seat-belt reminder system. The D-Max V-Cross gets features such as a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, shift-on-fly 4WD system, rear view camera, traction control, ESC, and HDC.
